Cancellation Policies

>You Have 12 Hour To Cancel An Event-after 12 hrs, you are responsible for cost of event.

>You Have 2 Hrs Before A Session To Cancel A Session-within 2 hrs prior to session, you are responsible for session.

*both must be (paid-in-full) before scheduling next service.

 

No Shows Session-uninformed lateness or cancellation

15 min. after scheduled session, client will be considered a No Show. $15 fee for No Show. Paid In Full prior to next schedule service

 

 

Late and Walk-In's excepted

Late Session may be shortened to accommodate on time session that follow. Client will be responsible for full session.
